Unforgettably Forgotten Kohlrabi Marinade

Kohlrabi, thinly sliced lengthwise

1 teaspoon spring garlic (or scallions)

2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon sugar

2 Tablespoons olive oil

Several drops sesame oil

 

 

If you still have some kohlrabi left, try them sliced thinly in this dressing/marinade. Combine 1 tsp. spring garlic (or perhaps scallions) in 2 T. rice wine vinegar, with tsp salt and tsp sugar. Add 2 T. olive oil and several drops of sesame seed oil. (Adjust any of the ingredients to your taste.)
