Texas Salsa Dip

2 cans black beans, drained & rinsed

c. cilantro, minced

1 can white hominy, drained & rinsed

c. garlic, minced

1 16 oz. jar Pace Picante sauce

1 T. black pepper

1 c. white onion, chopped

Salt to taste

1 c. fresh tomato, chopped

tsp cumin or to taste (optional)

c. bell pepper, chopped

2 avocado, cubed when ready to serve

c. jalapeno, seeded and chopped

 

 

Combine all but avocado and chill overnight. Add avocado and toss gently just before serving.
