Spinach-Fruit Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

 

c. plain low-far yogurt                

2 C packed torn Boston lettuce

1 T. lime juice                                  

C vertically sliced purple onion

1 T. honey                                        

1 C fresh grapefruit sections

2 C packed fresh spinach leaves

C seedless purple grape halves

 

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.  Stir well.  Cover and chill.  Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.  Pour over salad; toss.  Yield 4 servings.
