Na Mool

Steam broccoli until softened but still bright green.  Combine soy sauce, sugar, cayenne pepper and garlic powder and heat to dissolve sugar.  The amounts were never given to her, but she suggests starting with two Tablespoons each of soy sauce and sugar and 1/2-1 teaspoon of each of the spices.  The result is supposed to taste hot and garlicky.  Pour mixture over either hot or cold broccoli
