Mom’s Strawberry/Spinach Salad

 

1 lb. fresh spinach              

½ pecan halves (browned in butter, 350° oven)

1 pt. fresh strawberries, halved    

 

 

 

Dressing:

 

1/3 cup raspberry vinegar              

1 cup oil

1 tsp. salt                                          

1½ tsp. poppy seed  (Add to dressing last.

1 tsp. dry mustard                           

   Stir in right before serving)
