Kohlrabi and Carrot Slaw

1 lb kohlrabi, peeled and shredded (about 4 C)              

2 medium carrots, shredded

 

 

 

Dress with:  

 

2 T. very finely chopped onion     

c. mayonnaise                            

2 T. lemon juice                   

2 T. chopped parsley        

c. low fat sour cream                  

1 T. Dijon mustard                          

2 T. chopped fresh dill   

freshly ground pepper
