Herbed Green Beans

1 lb green beans

!/4 C. white wine vinegar (or herb)

C. walnuts, toasted

!/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 C. olive oil

1 tsp. oregano                      

tsp. basil

1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese

 

Cook beans. 

 

Toast walnuts.  In large skillet combine oil, vinegar, oregano, basil,

garlic salt, and walnuts.  Add beans.  Place over medium low heat until beans heat  through, stirring several times to coat.  Spread cheese over.  Serve at room temperature or hot.  Serves 4.
