2 c. cooked and shelled edamame beans |
½ T. chopped fresh chervil |
1 T. olive oil |
1 T. chopped fresh chives |
½ T. chopped fresh parsley |
Salt and pepper to taste |
½ T. chopped fresh tarragon |

Toss edamame beans with remaining ingredients over medium heat for about one minute. Note: If you don’t have all the herbs called for, use more of the ones you do have. Even one fresh herb adds delightful flavor to edamame. Try to avoid using dried herbs in this recipe.
