Greens on Pizza Crust

Pizza crust, however you choose to accomplish this

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 bunch greens Chopped

Your favorite cheese (try goat cheese!)

spring garlic or several cloves of chopped garlic, to taste



Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add chopped garlic and saute for about a  minute.


Add the greens and saute until they are covered with oil. Put a lid on the pot and let the greens cook until they are tender, stirring  occasionally. Cool and chop. (I used the food processor but this could be done by hand.) 


Put cooked greens on pizza crust (no sauce necessary.) Top with shredded  cheese and cook until cheese is bubbly.
