Green Bean and Potato Salad

 

Approximately one pound of green beans, cooked

Approximately one to two pounds of new potatoes, cooked

 

Combine and mix with the following dressing:

 

1 cup mayonnaise

2 hard boiled eggs

1 Tablespoon horseradish

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
