Gazpacho

(Flavors)

 

1 C peeled, finely chopped fresh tomato

2 T. olive or vegetable oil

C finely chopped green pepper

tsp. Worcestershire sauce

C finely chopped celery

1 tsp. salt

C finely chopped cucumber

tsp. pepper

finely chopped onion

C V-8 juice

2 tsp. finely chopped parsley

1 C tomato juice

1 small clove garlic, minced

Few drops hot sauce, optional

2 T. wine vinegar

Finely chopped chives

Sour cream

 

 

Combine all ingredients except sour cream and chives.  Chill thoroughly and serve in chilled cups or bowls.  Top with sour cream and sprinkle with chives.  Multiply this recipe as desired.
